Hands-On Learning Track

As part of SPLC’s increasing focus on leadership development and member support, the 2019 Summit features a track of interactive workshops focused on critical elements of sustainable purchasing program development. These range from the very basic (What is sustainable purchasing exactly?) through mid- and high-level strategy development, stakeholder engagement, and goals and metrics.

In each session, SPLC staff will discuss successful initiatives they have undertaken, and we will have participants walk through quick planning activities to start them on their way to successfully executing the strategies discussed.

Join us for great learning and conversation, to build your understanding of strategic program development, and to meet folks at similar levels of program maturity as you!

This track is hosted in the Atrium Ballroom on the 2nd floor.
