Global Sustainability Manager, Mastercard
Sia has a wealth of knowledge and experience in Environmental Sustainability. In her role at Mastercard, Sia identifies and implement best practices pertaining to carbon reduction, sustainable design, natural resource management, and sustainable sourcing. Each of these categories are key to the successful achievement of Mastercard’s recently approved Science Based Targets (SBT).
Before joining Mastercard, Sia worked for Cushman & Wakefield, where she supported the Mastercard Real Estate Services team by providing environmental sustainability expertise and guidance. Prior to that she worked in both the Sustainability and Environmental Engineering fields in Chicago, Illinois. Outside of her career, Sia has a passion for sustainable urban farming, is active in the St. Louis area, and even designed and owned a sustainable shrimp farm! She received her degree in Biological Engineering from the University of Illinois Urbana Champaign, and is currently working on completing her MBA at Washington University.
