Deputy Purchasing Manager/ERP PMO Team Lead, Multnomah County
Barry lead procurement and contract operations for Multnomah County’s Central Purchasing Division. He directly supervises 15 procurement and contracting staff to oversee the County procurement activities, contract compliance requirements, countywide contracts training, and procurement policy oversight. He also provides strategic sourcing and procurement planning guidance, maintain vendor relations and contribute to County strategic planning and social economic values.
