Ekrem Dimbiloglu

Director – Onboard Experience and Uniforms, Delta

Ekrem Dimbiloglu is Delta’s Director – Onboard Experience and Uniforms, responsible for the airline’s onboard product design, innovation and experience to deliver on Delta’s brand promise of being thoughtful, reliable and innovative. In this role he is responsible for hard product (ex: seat design), soft product (ex: amenity kits, blankets), in-flight entertainment and wifi, as well as the appearance of 64,000+ uniformed Delta employees.

Previously at Delta, Ekrem led the design, testing and launch of the elevated Zac Posen and Land’s End uniform program, a $50 million investment. These new uniforms carried Delta people around the world into a new era with a modern and sophisticated style that rivals even the most chic global airlines. Ekrem has also lead teams across Delta’s Supply Chain, TechOps and Fuel organizations.

Before joining Delta, he served as a Senior Compliance Auditor for Calibre CPA Group PLLC.

Ekrem received his MBA from Michigan State University and a bachelor’s of arts in International Affairs & Geography from The George Washington University.
