Melissa Peck works for the Minnesota Pollution Control Agency as the Sustainable Procurement Program Coordinator, where she collaborates with the Minnesota’s Department of Administration’s Office of State Procurement on including sustainability considerations in State Contracts. She attended the University of Minnesota for undergrad and graduate programs, earning a Bachelor’s in Biology and a M.S. focused on environmental planning and policy. Her background is in environmental policy and regulation, community engagement, product stewardship, and chemical product regulatory compliance.
